With the purpose of providing pioneering supplementation, we rise to the challenge to ensure you have everything you need to obtain your fitness goals.
Behind every product is a team of dedicated researchers, formulators and quality experts. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing partners operate under cGMP standards, while utilizing their own in-house testing procedures and simultaneously adhering to FDA and international regulations. Each raw material that is used in an MYOTREND® product undergoes an extensive quality check to ensure the purity and potency of each ingredient before the product is blended and packaged. Furthermore, every finished product has a Certificate of Analysis associated with it to verify the product has been tested and reviewed.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.myotrend.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchasing price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
The item must be returned, unused or used, with the following items included:
– Proof of Purchase
– Lot Number (located on the bottom of the container and/or near the supplement facts panel)
– Reason for Return
All the aforementioned information must be received by an MYOTREND® representative to receive a full credit and/or reimbursement.
The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Please follow the steps below:
1. Refer to your packing slip for return information.
2. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
3. Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
4. All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
6. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship items to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to the below address:

7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our office.
8. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. All returns are assessed on an individual basis. Below are items that cannot be returned and/or refunded:
– Product(s) without Proof of Purchase – Reward Cards
– MYOTREND® Gift(s)
In order to better serve our customers, the Exchange Refund policy has been established. Customers can return their purchase with a valid sales receipt and a valid photo ID within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the customer returns non-opened, used or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt or myotrend.com packing slip).
In the absence of a sales receipt or myotrend.com packing slip, an exchange will be offered on any MYOTREND® brand product based on the lowest sale price within the last 60 days.
Exchanges will be offered within 30 days from the purchase date with or without a sales receipt.
Please Note: The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.
If the customer returns an unused, unopened, used or opened product without a receipt and does not wish to process an exchange for a product, a Rewards Credit will be issued. The Rewards Credit will be issued for the product value as
outlined in the Exchange policy. A return where the original payment was a Rewards Credit will be issued another Rewards Credit as a Merchandise Credit.
Credits will be issued to the original charge account when the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a valid sales receipt or myotrend.com packing slip. Cash refunds will not be given. In the case of a lost, stolen, or closed credit card, the customer must provide a letter (on letterhead) from their credit card company that states the account was closed in good faith. The letter and valid sales receipt or myotrend.com packing slip must be presented at the store you are returning the products.
Debit card refunds will be issued as a cash refund within 30 days from the date of purchase with a valid sales receipt.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at (888) MYO-9680. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. MYOTREND® will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at (888) MYO-9680. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.
