If you ask most people, they will say that eating after 8pm is a bad idea. This is because they believe most of these calories will be stored as body fat. But is this true? The answer is it depends. Most of the evidence demonstrating that eating later in the day equates to more body fat is based on studies using animals or people who do not workout. Therefore, if you do not workout I would not recommend eating late.
On the other hand, if you train often or late in the evening worry about eating after a certain time. But, this does not mean if a person trains they can eat whatever they want. The human body should always be fueled properly. This way you can crush your training in the gym and obtain your goals faster.
