Ingredients:

1 scoop Myotrend Myo100 Molton Chocolate

1 small banana, frozen

1 cup fat free milk

½ cup ice

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbso MCT oil powder

1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds.
  • Remove from blender, pour into your favorite glass and enjoy

Recipe 2: Turmeric, Blueberry, Lemon

Ingredients:

1 scoop Myotrend Myo100 Vanilla Milkshake

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup cashew milk

½ tsp turmeric, fresh grated

½ tsp ginger, fresh grated

½ tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp almonds

1 tbsp honey

1 cup ice
