properly registering your products you become
eligible for any one of a series of drawings.
These drawings are held monthly but may be
held with greater frequency. To qualify -
please keep your receipt confirming date of
purchase and where purchased. Eligibility
may be limited to the month in which your
purchase was made. There will be no carry
over entries unless designated by MyoTrend.
Unless otherwise stated all entries expire
on the last day of the month they were purchased
in. |

drawings are subject to the laws of the governing
state of the winners. All winners will be
notified by, phone, email, and/or mail. Winners
must claim their prize within 14 days of the
date of notification. All prizes are sent
prepaid UPS ground and must have a physical
address. No PO Boxes allowed. |
